@Noey814 - thanks! We love our current house. If it didn't cost so much to pick it up and move it; we probably would. :)
LOLOL about picking it up and move it! Are you moving far from where you are now? It is so pretty! Just lovely! Love the color scheme, the wood looks fantastic! You will find that buyer-- your home shows beautifully!

Wow...your current house is lovely. Yes you would think your sales rep would do a little work, but here's a thought for everyone...most sales reps are not that old and they grew up in the business when they didn't have to do a darned thing to sell a house...they just sold themselves..no work needed...now it's a buyers market and there is a huge inventory of houses on the market and the new home builders have reduced their prices dramatically which effectively increase the inventory even more. Keep the faith...it will definitely sell.
