Wow...your current house is lovely. Yes you would think your sales rep would do a little work, but here's a thought for everyone...most sales reps are not that old and they grew up in the business when they didn't have to do a darned thing to sell a house...they just sold themselves..no work needed...now it's a buyers market and there is a huge inventory of houses on the market and the new home builders have reduced their prices dramatically which effectively increase the inventory even more. Keep the faith...it will definitely sell.
