Lots of large houses in your development. Is this phase 1 and they will continue to expand or is that going to be it for the community? We're phase 2 and they are starting to sell in phase 3 around Sept, so there is no way we could have this kind of detail. Our lot number is 76...and more to come!
@Shara - This is it, no more phases. Only 18 houses. We kind of like the idea that it is a small community and that most of the construction will be done by the end of the year. This way we won't have to listen to the construction workers hammering early in the morning and trucks going in and out. Also, we hope that since the community is smaller, it will allow us to get to know each of our neighbors. That is a little harder in a bigger development.

! agree it will be cool to have your little intimate neighborhood and all of the houses look so good.
We are the final phase of our neighborhood, but it looks like they have about 15-20 more house to build, because they are almost done building on our street (maybe 5 more lots available), but the street over hasn't been put up for sale yet.

Wow!!! Your neighborhood is really coming along!!!! It's so nice and quanint and the house styles are very diverse, which I love! Too much of anything can get boring!!! The courtland on your page looks very similar to ours! I love the coined corners on the front.....hmmm maybe we should have got those! lol...too late now! anywho...this is a really nice page. Cool... We also live in a Ryan Home in Pittsburgh. Ours was built in 1979 and we love every inch of it. We also love our fabulous community.
