We did pretty much the same list of upgrades except we added the bonus room instead of the solarium. I debated the bath 2 for a long time because it closes in the foyer. Were you able to see a model with that bath added? I'm just curious because I still have not seen any pictures of what the foyer will look like. We should have our pre-drywall meeting in a couple weeks so that will be the first time I see it.
There are 2 models in our area; however, neither one of them are finished. Prior to us deciding to build, we almost bought an existing Waverly and it was decorated very nice; however, we weren't allowed to take pics. One of the models has bath 2 and the foyer looks ok. I am actually thinking about going out to that model this week and I will post pics. We have a lot of family who visit; especially when our daughter was born (17 months ago today) so the 2nd full bath will come in handy.
I'm so excited to watch the progress of your house being built. We were told yesterday that we are still about 7 weeks out before we breakground. It seems so far away, but I am sure it will be her before we know it.
