Well it has been one week since the current house went on the market and "no interest". The local Realtor tour was yesterday and no Realtors showed up. We spent many hours getting the house prepared to show and for noone to show up was very disappointing. We wished for a quick sale, but knew with the way the economy is right now that it probably wouldn't happen. We can only hope that next week will be better.

Sorry, I hope you get some interest soon! I know the stress of getting your current house ready. We just went through all of that. Fortunately for us, we don't live in an area of the country that ever experienced the housing bubble, and therefore collapse so not much has affected the market here.
It has only been one week hang in there soon enough there will be people wanting to take a look at your house. Crossing fingers that your house will be sold as quickly as possible.
