We went out to the lot on Friday (05/27) to meet with the PM and to go over the layout of the house. Overall we are very pleased with the layout, except we are a little concerned with loosing some of the backyard because the PM suggested to push the house back an additional 15 feet to decrease the slope in the front yard. We hope that after we see the final product that we have no regrets.
We went back out to the lot on Saturday (05/28) to take another look and to make sure we are happy with the layout. While we were there we met one of our neighbors that just put a down payment on a lot and plans to build the Ravenna. We told him about the blogs and we hope he joins the RH blogging community.
The following are a few pictures of the lot and neighborhood.

We plan to post more pics on Wednesday (06/01) from the ground breaking. We are sooo excited to get started into the next phase of the building process.

Are you guys gonna keep the hill as-is and mow it, or are you going to landscape it?
Great pics! Your DD (darling daughter) is adorable!
Things will start going quickly now! Can't wait for the ground breaking pics! =)
@Noey814 - The hillside that goes into lot 4 located on the right-side of the house - RH is to plant ground cover, which shouldn't need to be cut. Our RH sales rep. told me what they plan to plant, but I can't remember what it is. As for the hill in the front of the house, we are hoping that moving the house back 15 feet will give a more of a front yard. It will still have a slope, but it shouldn't be as steep. We plant to professionally landscape the whole front yard with grass, trees, flowers, and shrubs. We have discussed maybe even putting up a wall. It will all depend what the final product looks like. It is so hard for us to vision right now.
I love your lot Heather. That Waverly is going to look majestic on that hill. Can't wait to see it. What development are you in again?
@Mike - we sent you an email.
That is too cute! The pic of your daugther and thought bubble with the future play area!
