REALTOR MEETING...
Today we had a several hour meeting with the realtor regarding our current house. Except for a few minor things, we are ready to put the house on the market. The realtor will return on 04/26 to take the video and pictures. As of May 1st the house will be listed and we can only pray that it doesn't stay on the market for very long.

What area of Pittsburgh is your house currently in? It looks so charming? Sewickley? Ben Avon? Shady Side? I'm trying to figure it out from your pictures but I can't see enough!
Good luck with the house sale. Our House#1 has now been on the market for 8 weeks...we just reduced the price and got a lot of activity...4 showings this weekend...
