FRAMING (LOTS OF PICS)

Our intentions were to take a few pictures each day; however, we only made it to the property on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.  We can't believe how fast they put the walls up.  They started the 2nd story and plan to finish framing on Tuesday.  Inspection are complete for the water and sewer lines in the front of the house; so they will back fill that on Monday.

Our PM informed us that we have a busy, busy, busy week ahead of us.  They plan to start HVAC systems (all 3 of them) and the plumbing and we have our meeting with Guardian on Thursday to discuss the location of our alarm and other outlets.  Our PM stated that if all goes as planned we should be ready for the pre-drywall meeting around July 15th.  Our PM also expressed that he "welcomes" us to bring a home inspector to the pre-drywall meeting.  We still plan to follow-up with our RH sales rep. to make sure we are all on the same page regarding the home inspector.

Now onto more important things....pictures, pictures, pictures.

We spoke to our next door neighbor again today.  She is very nice. We found out that she is a master gardener (which will come in handy since we know nothing about gardening and we have this huge yard).  She told us about her plans to add a fence and her landscaping ideas for her house.  She is planned to move in about mid-July.

Everything looks fantastic. We feel like we are getting a preview of coming events. Your lot is beautiful. What is the deal with the microwave? Did they dig that up or do the worker bees use it to heat up lunch?

@BD - we assume that the worker bees use the microwave, but why let it sit around in the elements.

Oh and the amount of trash that is in our yard is unbelievable, ie banana and orange peels, empty chip bags, paper cups, etc. We didn't really see any trash in the house, but we didn't go into the house.

@Noey814 - Thank you for the kind comments about our daughter. She sure does keep us moving. We can't wait to move so we can finally give her a decorated girls room that she deserves - she is into Tinker Bell, so I believe that will be the theme for now.

Your house is coming along great! The pics of the houses progress are great! It really tells a story, especially seeing the windows on the ground and then installed on the house! Your lot and neighborhood seem really nice! The view looking at the trees is to die for! Your house is going to be so beautiful! I can't wait to see more pics! Thanks for sharing!
